Unibet (and former "ParionsSport" customers)

I played 63 games on 03/29/2026, as reported on the website.
I only found 42 files in the Processed folder and PT4 only count 39 games.

I am not sure if the issue came from PT4 or Unibet... :/

PokerTracker 4 imports data from the files that Unibet provides and it isn't going to know anything about what is reported on the Unibet website however if you send information detailing the issue to us via a Support Ticket with your hand history files we can review the information:

I have the same problem on the windows version !

Hello, I'm having trouble saving the HUD position. Some elements aren't positioning correctly on new tables according to the saved layout.

I'm using the Mac version.

There's definitely something to look into.

So we can see what's happening here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you:
