We are aware of that issue and that will require an update from CoinPoker but how you are fixing it is not correct for how the hand actually played out. The player is actually posting an amount equal to the big blind to get dealt in instead of waiting for the big blind so it's the value that needs changing.

I have Converter but it didnt work.... PT4 didnt import nothing.... and i think i have the configuration good....

There is more than one Asian Hand Converter on the market. If you are using the Elite HUD converter then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. If you are using a converter from a different provider then attach a sample of those hands to a Support Ticket and tell us the name of the provider.

I can't reproduce this but you can check that everything is setup correctly via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> CoinPoker'. Make sure the 'Get Hands From Site While Playing' option is enabled and then click 'Add' to add your converters hand history folder.

That is due to an issue in the CoinPoker hand histories at this time. We have made CoinPoker aware and when they fix this the hands will import.

I've not seen this error on the new CoinPoker hand histories yet so please attach your sample to a Support Ticket and we can take a look at that for you.

As a result of CoinPoker's updated third-party tools policy, which does not allow the use of a HUD, auto-import and HUD support for CoinPoker was removed with the release of PokerTracker v4.18.25:

Your CoinPoker hands can still be manually imported.
