Does PokerTracker 4 work on CoinPoker?

I am not seeing anything in the latest CoinPoker update that indicates hand histories are now being saved.

Hopefully they release it soon because the hand catcher isn't even close to catching all the hands any more. Yesterday i was up six buyins and it said i was up one.

Hi Derek,

We are at 8th of April and still EliteHUD is required and yet CoinPoker does not provide any hand histories. As much as they are providing a HUD built-in, and as much as I would even support the fact they don't want a HUD to be used in their tables, it is indeed frustrating we can't at least download our hhs to study our game.

Have they mentioned an ETA for allowing users to download their hhs?

At this time we don't have any further information regarding when CoinPoker will be providing downloadable hand histories however for study purposes you can import hands emailed from CoinPoker support into PokerTracker 4 to study your game.

Yes you can request your hand histories by emailing CoinPoker support.

They have stopped honoring this request. No more hand histories in txt/csv by email until further notice.

They oare overly happy with their own data interface, that is totally bloated and not user friendly.

I ceased all play, desposits/withdrawlas etc until they enable the ability to get a hand history.(they don’t care as I am little fish).

Multiple conversations with support about it.

We wait.

You can now download hand histories from Coinpoker. Will PT4 support them, as currently they return errors when importing?

The format of the hand histories appears to have changed significantly. Can you please open a Support Ticket and attach your downloaded CoinPoker hand history sample:

Also let us know the version of your CoinPoker client (in the bottom left of the lobby window) and where the hands were downloaded from within the client as this doesn't appear to be live on all clients yet. Thank you.
