HUD not displaying stats after creating a new database for 2

Hi,

I created a new database for myself in 2026, and when playing at the tables, my HUD isn't displaying the stats. I've checked the advanced options, and made sure that all of those databases are checked and should be aggregated properly. What's weird is when I replay my hands in the hand history player, the stats appear, but at the tables they don't appear. Help, please.

So we can follow up on this with you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
